The trainers at The Fit are part of a new generation of trainers. A generation of educators who believe in functional anatomy, science, and focus. Our trainers are masters at finding the right balance of the science and art of training. Their primary goal is to develop workouts that enhance functional movement (muscles working in the way they are supposed to be used) and address areas of weakness and instability to help prevent future injuries. The rigor of their workouts is balanced by how approachable and encouraging they are.
