Adult programs at The Fit are designed to challenge you and help you move better and feel healthier than ever before. Our programs and our community will motivate and encourage you. Remember, our programs are for everyone, those who feel right at home in the gym and those who have never stepped foot in a gym.

Adult training is available through classes or customized training. Join your friends and make new friends in a class that is led from start to finish by a coach who will serve as your guide and motivation throughout the session. The session begins with movement and mobility work and then we hit the training floor for strength or energy circuits incorporating a variety of movements and equipment to ensure well-rounded strength and fitness. You will always finish the session with resistance stretching to start the recovery process that lets you do it again and again. The Fit specializes in crafting well-rounded workouts with formats that change regularly to provide the right balance of challenge and continued gains.

Customized training starts with a strategy session where we meet with you to learn about your health history, fitness goals, and we do a movement assessment. From there we go to work to create a program customized for your needs. We add in any necessary mobility work to create a workout that includes everything from foam rolling to core stabilization to strength circuits to endurance work. You meet with a trainer once or twice a week depending on your membership. You will learn your workout and have access to the gym to repeat. As you advance, so does your program. We keep challenging you and introducing you to new and different exercises.

If you are someone who is excited about working out and you enjoy being part of a community of amazing and interesting people, and if you like being with people who genuinely want you to learn, have fun, and be your best self, The Fit is for you! At The Fit, we design and coach well-rounded programs to promote health and longevity for our clients. We facilitate interesting discussions and foster the growth of community amongst our members. Our programs are led from start to finish by coaches who will show and tell you how to correctly execute your workout. We are excited to be with you on your journey!

Customized Programs

We wanted to take the guess-work out of working out, so with our customized membership, you will receive a completely individualized workout program! Every 4-6 weeks your program designer will write you a new program so that you continue to progress and avoid hitting plateaus or getting bored! The built-in coaching sessions help to ensure you’re performing exercises properly and improve your accountability and consistency!

MOMENTUM

Have your own gym and want to get a better workout? Instead of spending your valuable time figuring out what exercises to do, how much weight you should use, and when to switch things up, you can have it all laid out for you so you can get to lifting right away! Watch HD video demonstrations, read through detailed written descriptions, and track your progress every week. Every exercise comes with modifications and alternatives that you can choose from based upon your experience level and equipment availability

On-Demand and Zoom

Are you an exercise class junkie? This is the membership for you. Workout in real time with a trainer either in a LIVE Zoom class or at you convenience. These classes are designed to be done at home, in a hotel, or where you are with minimal equipment and lots of coaching and energy to cheer you on. New workouts are added regularly as well as specialized programs such as hips, core, pelvic floor, and more.
